Additional Information

Should the client's veterinarian be from out of town, closed, or just too far of a drive in an emergency, we will use either the Red Arrow Animal Clinic or Paw Paw Veterinary Clinic due to their close proximity. After hours we must use the Southwest Michigan Animal Emergency Hospital. Any expenses incurred as a result of veterinarian services must be paid to our kennel at the time of pickup.

While Paw Paw Puppy Tales makes every effort to ensure that our facility is a safe place for even the most exuberant pet, we will not be held liable in the event that a pet, for any reason, injures itself. All pets are boarded or otherwise handled or cared for by Paw Paw Puppy Tales without liability on our part for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, other animals or property by said pet, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised. Owner/agent agrees to pay all costs for any property damage or personal injury caused by his/her pet during its stay. All charges are due the day the pet is picked up. It is expressly agreed by owner and kennel that kennel's liability shall in no event exceed the lesser of current chattel value of a pet of the same breed and quality, or the sum of $100.00 per pet boarded. The owner further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of said dog while it is in the care of the Paw Paw Puppy Tales .

If Red Arrow Animal Clinic or the Paw Paw Veterinary Clinic does treat my pet, it is understood that they will contact my regular Veterinarian. A receipt for services rendered and a consult with the clinic used will also be available.

If my pet is not claimed within 15 days of the agreed upon boarding pick up date, the pet will become the property of Paw Paw Puppy Tales and may be dealt with by Paw Paw Puppy Tales as they deem fit. Owner is still responsible for all boarding and veterinarian costs incurred during the days of boarding.
